Start with 1/2 cup of luke warm water.
2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 packet of yeast
Kneed 3 cups of flour or enough until the flour releases from your hands.
Lest rest for 1 hour. The dough will double in size.
Spread into a flat baking sheet.
Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder to 1 can of pizza sauce.
Spread seasoned pizza sauce on top of dough with mozzarella cheese.
Add desired toppings.
Bake in the oven at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
